"Lullaby For The Wicked" was originally composed as background music for a horror film that was in production. Unfortunately due to contractual complications the music was not used. Only recently have we regained the rights back.
David adds, "The music supervisor was a fan and liked my keyboard intros to some of the music I had released. He asked if I would compose the music for the ending credits and to make it as evil/erie as possible. Obviously this was a horror movie. In my typical fashion I composed an hour's worth of material to cover the approximate 7 to 10 minute closing credits. However there were some contractual issues amongst the parties and the movie still hasn't been released. So my contract expired and I was able to use the music however I wished as long as I signed a NDA. All in all I enjoy listening to it. Pretty intense and spooky. Obviously this isn't a typical metal release and never was intended to be. Guess it is atmospheric music. Lullaby For The Wicked!"
